These General Terms regulate the use of the website https://www.bglaudiovisual.com (hereinafter, the Portal), which the owner of the Portal (1) makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the /the users). BGL reserves the right to withdraw at any time, and at its discretion, the messages that are contrary to the General Terms of use of the Portal or current legislation. 

7.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The applicable legislation that governs the relations between the User and the owner of the Portal will be the Spanish Legal System.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, BGL and the User submit voluntarily, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
